1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Advance Notice: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of RM 50, unless due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.

2. Product Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 3 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items, such as opened supplements and personalized health plans, are non-returnable.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact our customer service at below to initiate a return.
    • Return the product to below in its original packaging.
    • Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Service Refunds

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of the service date to discuss your concerns.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service and the reason for dissatisfaction.

4. Digital Products and Online Consultations

  • Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products and online consultations are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Legal Compliance

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1999 of Malaysia. In situations where goods are defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose, consumers are entitled to remedies, including repairs, replacements, or refunds, as stipulated by Malaysian consumer law.
